CNC Machining
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling, turning and mill-turn for tight-tolerance metal and engineering plastic parts — from a single prototype to low-volume production.
Rapid Prototyping
Appearance models, structural prototypes, functional samples and show units — built by CNC, 3D printing or vacuum casting depending on what the prototype has to prove.
3D Printing
SLA, SLS, MJF and metal SLM additive manufacturing for complex geometry, tooling-free low volumes and fast form verification, with post-processing to a usable finish.
Vacuum Casting
Silicone-mould casting for 10–50 piece runs of rigid, soft and transparent plastic parts — far cheaper than tooling, with near-moulded appearance.
Rapid Tooling & Low-Volume Injection Moulding
Aluminium and pre-hardened steel tools for runs of hundreds to tens of thousands — far less tooling cost and lead time than production steel, in true production materials.

Project Service Process
Four steps to start your project
Upload drawings and requirements
Submit 3D/2D files, quantities, materials, and key tolerances through the quotation page. The file enters private storage and is only visible to authorized engineers.
Engineering review and quotation
Engineers review manufacturability, identify structures that may increase costs or affect yield, and provide feedback along with the quotation, typically within 12 working hours.
After confirmation, put into production
Confirm the process plan and delivery date before production, keep process records for key processes, and inspect the dimensions and appearance according to the agreed standards.
Inspection and delivery
Complete the final inspection before shipment and issue the agreed inspection documents. Ship according to the customer's specified method, accompanied by size reports and material certificates (as needed).
