Services
Manufacturing capability from prototype to low volume
Each service page sets out capability ranges, common materials, tolerances, finishing options and DFM guidance. These are general capabilities — specifics are confirmed at drawing review.
CNC Machining
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling, turning and mill-turn for tight-tolerance metal and engineering plastic parts — from a single prototype to low-volume production.
Rapid Prototyping
Appearance models, structural prototypes, functional samples and show units — built by CNC, 3D printing or vacuum casting depending on what the prototype has to prove.
3D Printing
SLA, SLS, MJF and metal SLM additive manufacturing for complex geometry, tooling-free low volumes and fast form verification, with post-processing to a usable finish.
Vacuum Casting
Silicone-mould casting for 10–50 piece runs of rigid, soft and transparent plastic parts — far cheaper than tooling, with near-moulded appearance.
Rapid Tooling & Low-Volume Injection Moulding
Aluminium and pre-hardened steel tools for runs of hundreds to tens of thousands — far less tooling cost and lead time than production steel, in true production materials.
Sheet Metal & Machining Support
Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and assembly for enclosures, brackets, panels and covers — supplied as complete assemblies with machined parts where needed.
Surface Finishing & Assembly
Blasting, anodising, painting, plating, screen printing, laser marking and assembly — specified against your cosmetic and functional standard, with affected dimensions re-checked afterwards.
Industrial Design
From positioning and concept sketches to CMF and surface data — turning an idea into a form that can actually be built, at a cost that works.
Structural Design
Turning an approved form into a structure that assembles and manufactures: wall thickness, snap fits, bosses, tolerance chains and assembly sequence.
Hardware R&D
Schematic, PCB layout, prototype bring-up and production data — developed alongside the structure so the board actually fits the enclosure.
Post-Processing
Deburring, heat treatment, cleaning and pre-finish preparation — the stretch between machining and finishing where parts most often go wrong.
Packaging & Shipping
Protection designed around what each part is vulnerable to, with domestic courier and international air or sea freight — delivery intact counts as part of delivery.
