Privacy Policy
What information we collect, how it is used, how long it is kept, and the rights you can exercise.
Updated 30 August 2026
This is a general template and must be reviewed by legal or compliance staff against your actual operations and applicable jurisdictions before publication.
What we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the name, company, email, phone number, country or region, city, project description and technical files you supply.
Information collected automatically. Our servers log pages visited, timestamps, referring pages, browser type and a processed IP address. We do not use this to identify individuals.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes and technical advice
- To communicate about project progress, delivery and after-sales matters
- To improve the site's content and usability
- Where you have separately consented, to send technical resources and industry content
Marketing consent is a separate, optional tick box. Declining it does not affect how your enquiry is handled, and you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With necessary service providers — such as cloud hosting, object storage and email providers, limited to what the service requires
- Where legally required — under applicable law, court order or regulatory request
- With your authorisation — where you have given explicit consent
Handling of technical files
CAD files and technical documents you upload are handled under our File Upload & Confidentiality Statement: private storage, per-project access, logged downloads, and purging on the agreed retention schedule. Without written authorisation they are never used in case studies, marketing or any model training.
Retention
- Enquiry records and contact details: retained for a reasonable period from last contact, for after-sales support and project traceability
- Technical files: purged on the agreed retention schedule; files attached to unsuccessful enquiries are purged by default after the agreed period
- You may request deletion of your information and files at any time
Cookies
We use a necessary functional cookie to remember your language preference. Where third-party analytics are introduced, consent will be obtained separately in line with the regulations applicable to the target market.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent previously given. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
