Capability and specification statements

The process capabilities, tolerance ranges, material properties and lead times published on this site are general capability ranges intended to help you assess feasibility.

Achievable tolerances, lead times and process plans for a specific project are established in writing following drawing review. Nothing on this site constitutes a technical commitment for any particular part.

Nature of a quote request

Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create a contract. On receipt we conduct an engineering review and issue a quotation, which is valid for the period stated on it. An order arises only once both parties confirm.

We reserve the right not to quote enquiries that fall outside our capability, lack sufficient information, or do not meet compliance requirements.

Content you submit

Technical files and project information you upload must be material you are entitled to provide. By submitting, you confirm that:

• You hold the rights to the files or are authorised to supply them
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property
• The files contain no malicious code or unlawful content

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where QINMO is located.
