Product Design
From positioning and sketches to surface data and production-ready structure, with manufacturing constraints considered from the start.
Form and structure are decided together
Form is never isolated: an awkward parting line complicates the tool, an undersized radius invites sink marks, and a texture requirement can double finishing cost.
We bring structure and process into the styling phase. Forming method is assessed while sketches are still being screened; wall thickness and draft are confirmed during 3D development; a texture is signed off only after we know the target process can produce it.
Structure delivers more than data
The deliverable is data plus 2D drawings plus assembly sequence plus a tolerance-chain note. Those last three decide whether the shop floor can build it the way you intended.
Tolerance is spent on the mating faces that drive function; the rest follows general tolerance. Tightening the whole drawing looks rigorous and simply raises cost and scrap together.
