The difficulty is never in one discipline
The structure is finished, the board is working, the software runs — and assembled together nothing works. That is the classic integration scene. The cause usually sits in the gaps between the three: interfaces understood differently, harness lengths nobody owned, power-up order never agreed.
Integration is valuable precisely because somebody owns those gaps.
What we do
Define and maintain the interface list (mechanical, electrical, protocol), plan harness routing and fixing, establish power-up and initialisation order, then commission the machine and isolate faults to a specific area instead of letting three parties blame each other.
About scope
