What we do
QINMO supports product development teams from design through low-volume manufacturing: industrial and structural design, CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum casting, rapid tooling, sheet metal and surface finishing.
Customers usually reach us at one of two moments. Either they have an idea or a first drawing and need something physical to validate quickly; or the design is close to frozen and they need tens to hundreds of parts, still short of production tooling volume. The two ask different things of a supplier — the first needs speed and design feedback, the second needs stability and batch-to-batch consistency.
How we work
Every job goes through engineering review before a quote is issued: whether the structure can be made, whether the tolerances are reasonable, and which features drive cost. The review conclusion is delivered with the quote, rather than raising "we cannot do this" after the order is placed.
Critical operations are recorded, and parts are checked against the agreed standard before shipping. Customer files are held in private storage with per-project access and download logging. An NDA can be signed first.
About the numbers
This page deliberately omits floor area, machine count, headcount and customer names.
(To be confirmed) These need to be supplied accurately by the company before they are published. Our rule is that every number we publish must survive a customer checking it — manufacturing buyers visit factories and talk to each other, and invented scale figures carry far more risk than benefit.
