Assembly exposes design problems
Parts pass inspection individually, then will not go together — or go together only by force. What that exposes is a tolerance chain, an assembly sequence or a structural problem, not an operator problem.
So we treat findings from assembly as design feedback: record which step was awkward and which dimension ran tight, and feed it back to structure rather than filing parts to fit on the bench. Filing solves this unit; it does not solve the next batch.
How we work
Build one unit to the sequence supplied by the structural engineer, record the problems and agree the fixes, then freeze it into a work instruction. Batch assembly follows the instruction, critical operations are recorded, and every unit passes the agreed functional tests before dispatch.
